摘　　要：目的分析保定市涂阳肺结核病人发现情况,为制定结核病防治策略提供依据。方法收集2011-2015年保定市肺结核病人数和就诊来源等相关资料,分析涂阳肺结核病人发现情况。结果 2011-2015年保定市涂阳肺结核病人登记率由34.36/10万下降到13.74/10万,呈下降趋势(χ2趋势=981.52,P<0.01),涂阳病人所占比例由59.79%下降到29.64%,呈下降趋势(χ2趋势=611.31,P<0.01);2011-2015年保定市发现涂阳肺结核病人共计11 783例,其中被动发现涂阳肺结核病人11 514例,占97.72%,主动发现涂阳肺结核病人269例,占2.28%。结论保定市涂阳肺结核病人发现和涂阳肺结核所占比例呈逐年下降趋势,需加强采取多途径发现措施,利用新检测技术提高阳性发现率。Objective To analyze the situation of local smear positive tuberculosis patients,so as to provide evidence for TB control strategy. Methods By collecting data on the number of people with tuberculosis and the source of their visits from 2011 to 2015,analyze the findings of patients with tuberculosis. Results In 2011-2015 years,the registered rate of smear positive TB patients in Baoding decreased from 34. 36/100 000 to 13. 74/100 000（ trend test,χ2= 981. 52,P〈0. 01）. The proportion of smear positive patients decreased from 59. 79% to 29. 64%（ trend test,χ2= 611. 31,P〈0. 01）. A total of 11 783 patients with smear positive tuberculosis were found in Baoding in 2011-2015 years. Among them,11 514 cases of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis were found,accounting for 97. 72%,269 cases of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis were found,accounting for 2. 28%. Conclusion Smear positive tuberculosis patients in Baoding and found that the proportion of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis decreased year by year,more measures should be taken to improve the positive detection rate by using new detection techniques.
