摘 要:目的探讨分析火焰和石墨炉原子吸收在测定车间空气中钡的应用。方法利用火焰测定经超声洗脱滤膜中的钡,在测定过程中使其难以形成钡的氧化物,影响实际测定数据。并运用石墨炉原子吸收测定低浓度的车间空气。结果火焰原子吸收在0~50 mg/L范围内线性关系良好。线性方程y=0.00 028x+0.00 027,相关系数为r=0.9 990,以相对标准偏差作为精密度为0.46%~0.66%,加标回收率为99.27%~100.2%;石墨炉原子吸收在0~50μg/L范围内线性关系良好,线性方程y=0.0 024x+0.00 786,相关系数为r=0.9 996,以相对标准偏差作为精密度为0.39%~0.90%,加标回收率为98.60%~102.00%。结论适合利用火焰和石墨炉原子吸收法测定车间空气中的钡,既避免了使用富氧空气-乙炔火的特殊装置,也合理利用原子吸收光谱仪测定元素的单一性。根据现场车间空气中钡的浓度选择火焰或石墨炉原子吸收进行测定,既避免使用昂贵的ICP-AES和ICP-MS仪器,又利于开展日常的劳动卫生分析工作。Objective To explore the application of the analysis of the flame and graphite furnace atoms in the determination of barium in the air of the workshop. Methods Using flame to determine the barium in ultrasonic washing,it is difficult to form barium oxide in the measurement process,and the actual measurement data is affected. It uses graphite furnace atoms to absorb the low concentration of workshop air. Results The flame atoms absorb well within a range of 0 ~ 50 mg/L. The linear equation y = 0. 00 028 x + 0. 00 027,the correlation coefficients are r = 0. 9 990,with the relative standard deviation as a precision of0. 46% to 0. 66%,and the refraction is 99. 27% to 100. 2%. Graphite furnace atomic absorption inside the range 0 ~ 50 μg/L sex is good,the linear equation y = 0. 0 024 x + 0. 00 786,the correlation coefficient of r = 0. 9 996,the relative standard deviation as a precision of 0. 39% ~ 0. 90%,standard addition recovery was 98. 60% ~ 102. 00%. Conclusion Using the method of flame and graphite furnace atomic absorption for determination of barium in workshop air,avoids using oxygen-enriched air-acetylene fire special device, and rational utilization of the oneness of atomic absorption spectrometer to determine elements. According to the concentration in the air of workplace barium flame or graphite furnace atomic absorption for determination of both avoid expensive ICP-AES and ICP-MS instruments,and facilitate the daily labor health analysis.
