纳米银抗菌敷料在深二度创面愈合中的运用

摘　　要：目的观察纳米银抗菌敷料用于深二度创面愈合中的效果。方法选择医院2016年4月-2017年3月收治的深二度烧伤患者72例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组36例。在创面换药时,观察组患者给予纳米银抗菌敷料,对照组患者给予磺胺嘧啶银霜敷料,比较2组患者创面愈合情况、换药疼痛程度(VAS评分)及并发症发生率。结果观察组在创面愈合时间、创面愈合质量评分、换药次数、创面愈合率等方面均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者换药疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3 d、7 d、14 d时,观察组换药疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为8.33%,明显低于对照组30.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米银抗菌敷料可缩短深二度烧伤创面愈合时间,提高愈合质量,也能减少换药次数,缓解换药疼痛,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effects of nano silver antibacterial dressing in application of healing process of deep two degree wound. Methods 72 cases of patients with deep two degree burns and who accepted treatments in our hospital from April 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table methods,with 36 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with nano silver antibacterial dressing,while the control group were treated with sulfadiazine silver cream dressing. The wound healing,the pain degree of dressing change（ VAS score） and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group,the wound healing time,wound healing quality score,dressing change times and wound healing rate were all better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain score of dressing change between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. When treated with 3 days,7 days and 14 days,the pain score of dressing change in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group was8. 33%,which was lower than that of the control group（ 30. 56%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The nano silver antibacterial dressing which can shorten the healing time of deep two degree burn wound,improve the quality of healing,relieve the pain degree of dressing change,reduce the number of dressing change,control the occurrence of complications,thus it is worthy to be promoted in the clinical.
