摘　　要：目的评价健康管理对胃食管反流病患者生活质量的影响。方法选取解放军总医院健康管理研究院2016年6月至2017年6月收治的胃食管反流患者66例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用常规护理方法进行护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上进行护理健康管理,比较两组患者的一般情况、护理满意度和生活质量。结果 2组患者的年龄、性别、体重差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;护理满意度观察组为100%,对照组为90.9%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量评分,观察组患者在生理功能、社会功能、情感功能、精神健康等方面得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理健康管理可辅助改善患者的临床症状,提高护理满意度,改善患者的生活治疗,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the impact of health management on the quality of life of patients with gastro- esophageal reflux disease. Methods Sixty-six patients admitted to the gastroesophageal reflux in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 in were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional methods of nursing care. The observation group was treated with nursing and health management based on routine nursing. The clinical data, nursing satisfaction and quality of life of two groups were compared. Results The results showed that the difference in age, gender, body weight, had not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of patients in observation group was 100%, and that of the control was 90.9%, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Quality of life scores of the observation group patients in physical function, social function, emotional function and mental health scores were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing health management can help improve patients＇ clinical symptoms, nursing satisfaction and patients＇ life treatment.
