摘  要:以血叶兰的丛生芽为快速繁殖材料,探究不同浓度的植物生长调节剂对血叶兰增殖与生根的影响,筛选出最适合血叶兰丛芽快速繁殖的激素组合.试验结果表明:最适芽增殖培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.6mg/L+15%香蕉汁,芽增殖率达4.83倍;生根最适培养基为1/2MS+NAA 0.5mg/L+IBA1.6mg/L+15%香蕉+0.5 g/L活性炭,生根率为89.58%.This paper deals with rapid propagation of Ludisia discolor by cluster buds.To explore different concentrations of plant growth regulators on proliferation and rooting of Ludisia discolor and select the most suitable hormone combinations for rapid propagation of buds of Ludisia discolor. The results showed the suitable medium of initial was MS medium supplemented with 2.0 mg·L^(-1) 6-BA+0.6 mg·L^(-1) NAA+15% Banana Juice. The propagation coefficient of adventitious shoots reached 4.83. The best rooting for plantlets occurred on 1/2 MS medium supplemented with 1.6 mg·L^(-1) IBA and 15% banana and 0.5 g·L^(-1) activated carbons, with rooting rate up to89.58%.
