摘 要:为提高龙门导轨磨床中活动横梁的动、静刚度,保证加工精度,利用有限元软件对龙门组件和活动横梁分别进行了静力学分析和模态分析,得到了位移云图及前六阶固有频率和振型。依据王莲叶脉的分布规律及三角稳定原理,对横梁的内部筋板结构进行了改进。有限元分析结果显示:改进后横梁质量减轻了6.83%,关键部位的最大变形量减小了5.85%,固有频率有所提高,横梁基准导轨的位移整体有所下降,验证了改进结构的合理性,为实际工程中横梁结构的设计提供了理论依据。In order to improve the dynamic and static stiffness of the gantry rail grinder crossbeam and ensure the processing accuracy, the static analysis of the gantry component and the modal analysis of the crossbeam were carried out respectively by using the finite element software. The displacement nephogram and the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes are obtained. According to the distribution of giant wa- tedily vein and the principle of triangle stability, structure of the ribs in the crossbeam was improved. The finite element analysis results showed that the quality of the improved crossbeam was reduced by 6. 83%, and the maximum deformation of the key parts was reduced by 5.85%. Higher natural frequen- cies were obtained. The displacement of the reference rail of the crossbeam reduced as a whole, which verifies the rationality of the improved structure. It provides a theoretical basis for the design of cross- beam structure in practical engineering.
