摘  要:分析多孔系阀体的车削加工工艺特点,制定合理的工艺路线,详细说明利用车床一次安装工件,完成多孔系阀体镗削专用夹具的设计、制造和使用方法,有效解决了车削多孔系阀体的装夹、校正、孔距不易控制等问题,保证了工件的加工质量,提高了工件的生产效率。This paper analyzes the turning process design of multiple-orifice valves and makes a reasonable process route. It also explains the method of installing workpieces in one time with the lathe, and the design, manu- facturing and use methods of the special clamps for boring multiple-olifice valves. This paper effectively solves the problems of clamping, con'ection and diffictdty in orifice pitch control during turning of multiple- orifice valves, which ensures the part processing quality and improves the part production efficiency.
