摘 要:工件加工过程机床的位置信息是研究切削参数与工件加工品质映射关系的重要数据之一。以Sinumerik 802D数控系统为例,研究了零件加工过程机床运行数据(机床各轴实时位置、主轴转速以及进给速度)的在线采集方法,首先设计了数据采集整体方案,然后设计了信号转换模块与在线监测系统,详细描述了数据获取流程,实现了零件加工过程机床运行数据的在线实时获取。The position information during machining is one of the most important information to map the machining parameters to part quahty. Aimed at the Sinumerik 802D NC system, the operation data of machine tool (machine tool shaft position, spindle speed and feed speed) online acquisition method was studied. Firstly, the data acquisition program was designed. Then, the signal conversion system and the on-line monitoring system were designed and the data retrieval process was described detailedly. The on-line acquisition of the operation data of machine tool during machining was realized.
