摘 要:目的探索针刺动物实验研究结果中隐含的穴位与效应的关系。方法检索中国知网、万方数据资源库和中国生物医学文献数据库中关于针刺疗法的动物实验研究文献,提取纳入文献中的相关信息,包括针刺穴位和相应的效应数据即功能评分建立数据库,分别统计功能评分和针刺穴位的频次及二者的共现频次,并对其共现情况进行网络图分析。结果共计纳入文献1635篇,涉及针刺穴位223个,相关功能评分指标164项。出现频次前5位的功能评分指标分别为记忆障碍(417)、学习障碍(399)、疼痛(332)、神经病学表现(263)、神经行为学表现(183),出现频次前5位的针刺穴位分别为百会(580)、足三里(495)、大椎(236)、三阴交(166)、肾俞(153)。对针刺穴位和功能评分进行列间统计,获得两者的相互共现频次,构建二者共现关系网络图,其中功能评分结点度前3位分别为记忆障碍(84)、学习障碍(81)、神经病学表现(79),针刺穴位结点度前3位分别为足三里(81)、百会(51)、三阴交(48)。结论穴位的实验效应与其理论上的基本功效有相通之处,且同一性质的功能指标相关穴位基本一致,不同性质的功能指标相关穴位差异较大。Objective To explore the relationship between acupoints and effects implied in the results of acupuncture animal experimental studies. Methods CNKI,the Wanfang Data Base and the China Biology Medicine disc were searched for the literature of animal experiments on acupuncture. The relevant information included in the literatures including acupuncture points and corresponding effect data,namely the function score was extracted to establish a database. The frequency of function score,acupuncture points and the co-occurrence frequency of the two were calculated and the co-occurrence status was analyzed by network graph. Results A total of 1635 articles were included in the study,involving 223 acupuncture points and 164 related function score indicators. The top 5 function score indicators were memory deficit(417),learning disorder(399),pain(332),neurological manifestation(263)and neurobehavioral manifestation(183). The top 5 acupuncture points were "Baihui"(GV20)(580),"Zusanli"(ST36)(495),"Dazhui"(GV14)(236),"Sanyinjiao"(SP6)(166) and "Shenshu"(BL23)(153). The inter-column statistics between acupuncture points and functional scores were taken to obtain the frequency of mutual co-occurrence of the two and to construct a network diagram of co-occurrence relationship of the two. The top 3 node degree of function scores were memory deficit(84),learning disorder(81) and neurological manifestation(79).The top 3 node degree of acupuncture points were "Zusanli"(ST36)(81),"Baihui"(GV20)(51) and "Sanyinjiao"(SP6)(48). Conclusion The experimental effects of acupoints seem to be interlinked with the theoretically basic functions of the acupoints. The acupoints with the same indication were basically consistent. The acupoints with different indications seem to have remarkable difference.
