摘　　要：本文立足于"回到历史事实"的现象学方法论,采用文献资料、文本阐释、历史分析等方法展开研究,以"体育本体的游戏论"为切入点,通过体育参与社会文化构建过程中,手段论向目的论过渡的价值变迁的观念史考察,以国家五年发展计划纲要以及相应时间段发生的重大体育事件为分析文本,再现历史事实,审视体育运动的发展变迁。Based on the guidance of phenomenological methodology＂Back to the historical facts＂,By using document analysis,the text interpretation,historical analysis and so on. This study is based on ＂the ontology of sports is play＂as the breakthrough point, In the process of sports participation in the construction of social culture, Through the concept history investigation of sports＇value migration（the means theory transition to teleology） since building of the new china, The historical facts were recurred in the five--year development plan of the country and the important events occurring in the corresponding period as analysis text. The development migration of sports was reviewed.
