摘 要:目的探讨595 nm脉冲染料激光联合1064 nm Nd::YAG激光治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法 61例表现为毛细血管扩张、炎性丘疹的玫瑰痤疮患者,给予联合使用595 nm脉冲染料激光及1064 nm Nd:YAG激光进行治疗。每例患者治疗3次,每次治疗间隔时间均为6~8周,治疗结束后2、4、6及8个月复诊,根据受试者Fitzpatrick分型、皮肤耐受程度、血管粗细、颜色及深浅等评价疗效及安全性。结果患者对治疗的总满意率为88.5%。治疗后2、4、6及8个月IGA评分以及炎性丘疹数目与治疗前相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。61例患者均能耐受治疗过程,术后VAS疼痛评分为5.4分。不良反应主要为一过性疼痛、红斑、紫癜,但术后24 h^7 d内均能消退。结论 595 nm脉冲染料激光联合1064 nm Nd:YAG激光可有效治疗玫瑰痤疮。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 595nm pulsed dye laser combined with 1064nm Nd:YAG laser on capillary dilated rosacea. Methods A total of 61 patients diagnosed as capillary dilated rosacea were treated with 595nm pulsed dye laser and 1064nm Nd:YAG laser. Every patient received a series of 3 treatments with an interval of 6-8 weeks. The patients underwent re-examination at 2, 4, 6, and 8 months after the end of the treatment. The selection of laser treatment parameters depend on the thickness, the color and the depth of blood vessels. Results The satisfactory rate of the patients was 88.5%. There was significant difference between IGA index and the number of papules at 2, 4, 6, and 8 months after the end of the treatment (P〈0.05). The average VAS score was 5.4. Adverse effects included slight pain, transient erythema and purpura, which disappeared naturally within 7 days. Conclusion The 595nm pulsed dye laser combined with 1064nm Nd:YAG laser is effective and safety for the treatment of capillary dilated rosacea.
