摘 要:为了减少棉纺生产过程中的三绕问题,分析各工序产生绕纤的原因,介绍两种收集绕纤的方式即吸风收集和绒面材料收集,通过AFIS测试棉纺各工序的绕纤,在长度、成熟度、线密度及结杂等方面进行绕纤对比,并对细纱绒辊花进行深入分析,阐述绕纤的来源和形成机理。指出:未成熟纤维和短纤更易成为绕纤,静电吸附是绒辊花中短绒含量高的主要原因;在高速、连续化生产背景下,可从降低牵伸器材工作温度、静电吸附及改善纤维性能为主要研究方向,降低绕纤。To solve problems such as 3-1appings in cotton spinning process, analysis is done to the lapping regarding the causes in each process, and two ways of lapping collection is introduced including collections of suction and suede material.The process of cotton spinning is tested by AFIS,and the fiber lapping is compared in terms of length, maturity, linear density and impurity.Roller lapping is comprehensively studied.The origin and formation mechanism of lapping yarn are elaborated.It is pointed out that immature fiber and short fiber are more likely to become lapping fiber,electrostatic adsorption is the main reason of high short fiber content in roller lapping, in case of high speed and continuous production, reduction of drafting working temperature,electrostatic adsorption and improve the properties of fiber can be regarded as breakthrough of low fiber lapping.
