摘  要:目的了解痤疮丙酸杆菌耐药与患者临床的关系。方法分离、培养、鉴定痤疮丙酸杆菌,使用琼脂稀释法进行体外药敏实验。结果 156株痤疮丙酸杆菌对四环素、米诺环素和多西环素100%敏感,对红霉素(30.13%)、阿奇霉素(48.72%)、克拉霉素(83.97%)和克林霉素(28.85%)总耐药139例,耐药率高达89.10%(139/156)。痤疮丙酸杆菌耐药与患者性别、年龄、病程及痤疮临床分度均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本地区痤疮患者对大环内酯林可酰胺类抗生素存在高度耐药,耐药与患者年龄、性别、病程和临床分度无关。Objective To investigate the relationship between the antibiotic resistance of propionibacterium acnes isolated from acne lesions and patients' clinical features. Methods Strains of propionibacterium acnes were isolated from 212 patients with acne vulgaris, then cultured and identified by agar dilution assay. Results One hurdend and fifty-six strains of propionibacterium acnes were 100% sensitive to tetracycline, minocycline and doxycycline. There were total 139 strains found to be resistant to erythromycin(30.13%), azithromycin(48.72%), clarithromycin(83.97%)and clindamycin(28.85%), and the resistance rate was 89.10%(139/156). However, there was no coloration among resistance of propionibacterium acnes, patiens' gender and age, course of the disease and clinical severity of acne(P〉 0.05). Conclusion The local patients with propionibacterium acnes were highly resistant to macrolides-lincosamids-streptogramins, and the antibiotic resistance was independent of age, gender, duration and clinical grade in patients with acne vulgaris.
