摘 要:特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)是由遗传和环境因素相互作用引起的慢性炎症性皮肤病,其中免疫因素在发病中起重要作用。目前AD的发病机制尚不清楚,近年来有研究发现人白细胞抗原(human leukocyte antigen,HLA)与AD发病关系密切,尤其是DRB1和DQB1等Ⅱ类基因,在与免疫密切相关的AD患者中,HLAⅡ类基因常呈现高表达。Ⅰ类基因中HLA-G在AD患者真皮中也常呈现高表达,可能发挥减轻过敏性炎症的作用。HLAⅢ类基因中HSP70等也与AD的发病紧密相关。本文就HLA基因在AD中的相关作用进行总结。Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a chronic inflammatory skin disease,caused by the interactions between genetic factors and environmental factors,in which immune factors play an important role.Although the pathogenesis of AD is not clear yet,it has been found in recent years that the human leukocyte antigen(HLA)is closely related to the pathogenesis of AD.HLA class Ⅱ gene such as DRB1 and DQB1 gene,in particular,often show high expression in AD patients.HLA-G in type Ⅰ genes also show high expression in AD patients which may lighten the allergic inflammation.In addition,HSP70 of HLA class Ⅲ gene is found to be closely related with the incidence of AD.This paper will include an in-depth summary about the role of HLA in AD.
