摘  要:针对传统防窃电工作中存在的窃电不易取证、防窃电工作缺乏有效的统一管理、防窃电技术落后等不足,提出在原有电力负荷管理系统的基础上加装防窃电模块,以实现在线监测,达到防窃电的目的。同时对改进后系统所采用的模拟量分析法、功率比较法、电能量比较法和历史数据比较法进行了原理性分析。改进后的电力负荷管理系统不仅能准确分析判断窃电行为以及窃电时间,而且能够大大提高工作效率,为窃电判罚提供依据。According to the insufficient evidence of electricity theft, lack of effective management and poor anti-theft technology in the traditional anti-theft work, anti-theft module is installed in the power load management system to achieve online monitering and anti-theft. The analog analysis, power comparison and electric energy comparison adopted in the improved system are analyze improve analyzed theoretically. The improved system can help to and confirm the stealing electricity action and stealing time, and can help to the work efficiency greatly, which can provide a theoretical basis for the anti-theft penalty.
