摘  要:内蒙古大唐国际托克托发电有限责任公司一期锅炉补给水处理系统混床出水电导率超标,经原因排查分析,确认混床出水水质不合格是由于第1次更换的一级除盐阳树脂抗氧化能力弱,运行5个月后,被进水中的弱氧化剂氧化。将原树脂更换为大孔型阳树脂后,混床出水水质优良,满足了机组补水和相关标准的要求。The purified water conductivity of the mixed-bed in boiler make-up water treatment system is execeed in Tuoketuo Power Generation Co.,Ltd. It is confirmed that the weak oxidation resistance of the first level desalting nagetive resins changed for the first time is the main cause. The nagetive resins are oxidized by the weak oxidant in the water after five-month operation. After replacing the original resin with the large pore type nagetive resin, the water quality of the mixed bed is excellent, which meets the requirements of the unit water supply and related standards.
