摘  要:介绍了宝钢特钢压水堆核电站蒸汽发生器下封头水室隔板用镍基合金厚板在成分优化、大钢锭均质化制造、热加工技术和热处理组织均匀性控制等方面的技术进步。采用该技术的镍基合金热轧厚板产品已具备产业化制造能力。镍基合金热轧厚板产品组织及力学性能全部满足水室隔板设计标准要求,可完全替代进口。The important development progresses of the nickel-based alloy thick plate used as the steam generator divider plate in the pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant produced were introduced in Baosteel Special Metal Co.Ltd.during the 12 th Five-year Plan period.The technological progress of nickel-base alloy thick plate,such as the optimization of the alloying elements,the homogenization of the large-scale alloy ingot,the homogenization of the microstructures during the hot-working and heat treatment processes,are mainly introduced.All these progresses benefit the homogenization of alloying elements and microstructures of thick hot-rolled nickel-based alloy plate,and the capacity of the industrialized production of alloy 690 has been achieved by the establishment of the entire manufacturing process.Both the microstructure and mechanical properties of the plates coincide the design standards of the divider plate,indicating that the present products can substitute the imported products completely.
