摘　　要：专利文献中包含着丰富的技术、法律、经济和战略等专利信息,专利信息广泛分布于专利文献、专利数据库和互联网中,需要采用不同的专利信息挖掘方式进行提取。从现有研究成果中提炼、概括、总结专利信息挖掘模式,并试图创建统一的专利信息挖掘模式。文献综述和模型构建法。提出了基于专利检索、专利分析、专利地图、专利文本挖掘、专利数据挖掘的专利信息挖掘模式。专利信息挖掘的模式本质上都是有用专利信息的识别、发现、提取和利用,包括专利数据分析、专利信息挖掘、潜在规律发现、未来趋势预测等,可以统一在一个通用模式中。There are rich technology information, law information, economy information and strategy information included in patent documents. Patents information are widely distributed in patent documents, patent database and Internet, and are needed to be extracted by all types of patent information mining modes. There are many patent in- formation mining models, such as patent retrieval, patent analysis, patent map, patent text mining and patent data mining, and so on, which aim to identify, discovery, extract and exploit useful patent information, including patent data analyzing, patent information mining, potential patterns discovering and future trend forecasting.
