摘　　要：高校学报内稿率是学报办刊过程中形成的重要指标,反映期刊录用本校稿件来源的比例。文章通过研究2014年《中国学术期刊影响因子年报(人文社会科学)》发布的数据,采用方差分析、多元回归分析等量化研究方法,分析了72家高校社科类学报的内稿率对期刊质量的影响。文章得到以下结论 :(1)社科类学报的内稿率对期刊质量具有显著性影响;(2)30%的内稿率是社科类学报的警戒值,高校学报发展过程中应根据自身实际情况调整内稿比例,通过内稿率的高低展现学报特色。The internal manuscript rate of university journals is an important index formed in the process of running journals and reflects the proportion of journals＇ hiring manuscripts of their own school. By studying the data published in the 2014 Annual Report of Impact Factors of Chinese Academic Journals CHumanities and Social Sciences） , the article uses the methods of variance analysis and multiple regression analysis to analyze the influence of internal manuscript rate on journal quality in 72 social science journals of colleges and universities. The following conclusions are drawn： （1） the internal manuscript rate of social science journals have a significant impact on the quality of journals; （2） the internal manuscript rate of 30% is the alert value of social science journals. University journals should adjust the proportion of internal manuscript according to their own actual situation, through the rate of internal manuscript to show the features of journals.
