摘　　要：党的十九大确立了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,这是政治逻辑与时代呼唤双重作用的结果。党的十九大报告是一个政治性极强的报告,阐明了党的政治路线、政治追求与改革安排。"新时代"因其政治属性而确立了新的历史方位,它生成于中国共产党和中华民族的新使命,直面社会转型带来的新矛盾,使党和国家前进拥有了新指南,党和民族发展步入了新境界,踏上了国家建设的新征程。As the index meeting in the history of the Party, the 19th National Congress of C.P.C. establishes Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era which is the result of the The dual function of political logic and the call of the era. The report of the 19th National Congress of C.P.C. with extremely strong political nature clarified Party＇ s political line, political pursuit and reform arrangements. A New Era establishes a new historical position because of its political attribute. It is formed for the new mission of the C.P.C and the Chinese nation, faces the new contradictions brought by social transformation, lets the Party and the country go forward with a new guide, makes the Party and the nation enter to a new development realm and the national construction embarked on a new journey.
