摘  要:目的探讨3D-ASL MRI中不同标记后延迟时间对中老年人脑血流量测量值的影响。方法选取36例中老年志愿者(年龄45~70岁)采用不同标记后延迟时间(1 525 ms,2 525 ms)行3D ASL检查,测量多个部位脑组织的血流量(CBF)。结果双侧额叶、顶叶、颞叶CBF值在1525 ms组与2525 ms组间差异无统计学意义比较(P>0.05),双侧枕叶及小脑半球CBF值在1 525 ms组与2 525 ms组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3DASL MRI中不同标记后延迟时间对老年组脑血流量的测量有一定影响。Objective To investigate whether the post-labeling delay(PLD)has influence on regional cerebral blood flow in middle aged and elderly people.Methods Thirty-three middle aged and elderly people(age range was 45~70 years)were included in this prospective study.All subjects underwent head MRI using 3D-ASL sequence for two times with different PLD(1 525 and 2 525 ms),cerebral blood flow(CBF)of multiple brain regions was measured.Results There was no statistical significance in the CBF values of bilateral frontal,temporal,and parietal cortex between 1525 ms—PLD group and 2025 ms—PLD group. There was statistical significance in the CBF values of bilateral cerebellar and occipital cortex between 1525 ms—PLD group and 2025 ms—PLD group. Conclusions Different post—labeling delays in 3D-ASL MRI have impacts on C BF values in elderly people.
