摘　　要：目的主灶切开挂线对口引流法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘。方法利用主管及内口低位切开,高位挂线。主管与支管之间开窗挂线引流(简称切开挂线对口引流法)治疗高位复杂性肛瘘疗效满意。结果本组45例全部治愈,治疗率100%。特点是开窗与挂线相结合。不切断肛尾韧带和肛直环,无任何后遗证和并发症的发生。结论实践证明,本疗法与其他手术方法相比,具有疗效可靠,复发率低,后遗症少,疗程短的优点。Objective To treat high complex anal fistula treated by incision and thread-drawing in major focal location. Methods Use the head and the inner aspects to cut down on the low position and hang the line at the high position. The curative effectwas satisfactory of incision and thread-drawing drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula. Results 45 cases were all cured and the rate of treatment was 100%. The characteristic of this therapy was the combination of opening window and hanging line. No anorectal ligaments and anal straight rings were not cut off,without any sequelae and complications. Conclusions It had been proved that this therapy had the advantages of reliable curative effect,low recurrence rate,less sequelae and short course of treatment compared with other surgical methods.
