摘 要:高强度聚焦超声以其非侵入性、无电离伤害、可重复治疗、能深入体内等优势已经广泛应用在乳腺癌、子宫肌瘤、前列腺癌、胰腺癌等软组织肿瘤的临床治疗中。目前,临床使用的HIFU治疗系统中的换能器,主要有单阵元自聚焦换能器和多阵元相控换能器,而对于经颅治疗神经系统疾病而言,必须使用多阵元相控换能器才能实现靶区焦域聚焦,其核心技术之一为相控阵驱动系统。本文围绕HIFU相控系统的阵元信号发生器、功率放大器、阻抗匹配电路模块研究的现状及进展进行综述。High Intensity Focused Ultrasound(HIFU) has been widely used in the clinical treatment of breast cancer, uterine fibroids, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer and other soft tissue tumors for its non-invasive, nonionizing injury, repeatable treatment, and in-depth and other advantages. At present, the transducer that used in the clinical treatment, mainly single-element self-focusing transducer and multi-array phase-controlled transducer, for the neurological diseasestreatment, only multi-array phase-controlled transducer canrealize the focus of the target area, and one of the core technologies is phased array drive system.This review focuses on thecurrent situation anddevelopment of HIFU phased array signal generator, power amplifier andimpedance matching circuit.
