新疆春风稠油重质馏分生产润滑油方案研究

摘　　要：以新疆春风油田的重质馏分油、轻脱油为原料,进行润滑油基础油生产工艺研究。结果表明:其重质减三线馏分油经三段高压加氢工艺后可以得到变压器油、环烷基橡胶油产品,但其重质润滑油没有合适的产品方向;以轻脱油为原料经三段高压加氢后可以生产150BS光亮油产品。可以考虑将重质减三线馏分油调入脱油沥青中生产道路沥青以实现资源效益最大化。A process study has been made for the lube base oil production from heavy distillate and light desulfurized oil from Xinjiang Chunfeng Crude. The results show that the transformer oil and cycloalkyl rubber oil can be produced from third side-draw vacuum distillate of three-stage high-pressure hydrogenation process. Whereas,the heavy lube oil product is not an ideal component. The 150BS bright oil products can be produced from DAO feed by 3-stage high pressure hydrogenation. To maximize the economic benefits,the heavy third side-draw vacuum distillate can be blended into the DOA to produce paving asphalt to maximize the economic benefit.
