摘  要:利用ANSYS软件对某公司WSA湿法制酸装置中的蒸汽过热器及其支撑结构建立了设备整体结构的有限元数值模型,并对壳体壁板、过程气进出口、支腿及加强筋进行了应力强度评定。评定结果发现,蒸汽过热器支腿、加强筋及壳体的竖向强筋应力校核不合格。主要原因分析:设备质量为3 050 kg,管线外载荷在重力方向的合力为17 621 N,即支腿需承受质量约5 000 kg的重力方向载荷;同时,过程气进出口还承受水平力及弯矩作用,使设备支腿受力进一步增大。针对上述原因采取了如下措施:将原槽钢规格加大为360 mm×100 mm×13 mm,竖向加强筋改为扁钢150 mm×16 mm,通过设置壁板横向加强筋,增大横向加强筋及支腿槽钢的规格。结构优化后对设备重新进行分析计算,应力评定结果全部合格。A finite element numerical model of the complete structure of steam superheater and its supports in an acid plant of WSA wet process is established by ANSYS software. The stress intensity of shell wall plate,inlet and outlet of process gas,supports and reinforcing bar are evaluated. The analysis results show that the stresses of supporting legs,reinforcing stiffeners,and vertical reinforcing stiffeners fail to meet the specifications. The cause analysis concludes that: the equipment weight is 3 050 kg,the resultant force of pipeline's external load in the gravity direction is 17 621 N,which means the leg withstands about 5 000 kg load in gravity direction. At the same time,the gas inlet and outlet are subject to horizontal forces and bending moment,which increases the force on the equipment support. To solve these problems,the following measures have been taken: the specifications of channel steel are increased to 360 mm × 100 mm × 13 mm,the vertical stiffener is changed to flat steel of 150 mm × 16 mm. Through the setting of the transverse stiffeners of the shell and increasing the specifications of the transverse stiffeners and the supporting legs,the stresses of the structure are effectively reduced,and the design scheme is optimized.
