摘 要:介绍干法硫化、湿法硫化和器外预硫化3种催化剂预硫化技术在某公司两套分子筛型加氢裂化装置上的工业应用情况。通过对这3种不同预硫化技术的优缺点进行比较、分析,综合认为干法硫化具有耗时长、操作繁琐等缺点;器外预硫化技术目前还存在集中释硫及单质硫影响操作和产品质量等问题;湿法硫化具有传质均匀、操作方便等特点,能够将加氢裂化装置硫化开工时间缩短至50 h左右,同时还能够降低装置能耗,因此建议在同类分子筛型加氢裂化装置上推广应用。The commercial application of 3 kinds of catalyst presulfiding processes,i. e. dry sulfurization,wet sulfurization and ex-situ sulfurization in the two molecular sieve hydrocracking units are introduced.It is concluded from analysis and comparison of advantages and shortcomings of 3 pre-sulfiding technologies that the dry sulfurization process has shortcomings of long time requirement and complicated operation,etc.The ex-situ sulfurization process has the problem of centralized sulfurization and impact of sulfur on operation and product quality. The wet sulfurization process,which is characterized by uniform mass transfer and easy operation,etc can shorten the start-up time of sulfurization section of hydrocracking unit to 50 hours and save the energy consumption of the unit as well. Therefore,it is recommended to apply the wet sulfurization process in the hydrocracking unit using molecular sieve catalyst.
