摘　　要：当前,网络社会衍生出来的安全问题日益突出,一方面严重扰乱了网络社会的公共秩序,另一方面对现实社会的影响也越来越直接。公安机关是网络社会监管的主体,担负着维护网络社会稳定,预防、制止和惩治网络违法犯罪活动等重要任务。有必要从公安机关的角度探讨当前网络社会存在的主要问题及对现实社会的影响,分析当前公安机关治理网络社会存在的困境,提出合理有效的治理对策,以加强对网络社会的综合治理能力,推动网络规范有序运行,构建健康有序的网络环境。At present, the security problems derived from the network society have become increasingly serious, on the one hand, it seriously disturbs the public order of the network society, and on the other hand, the influence on the real society is more direct. Public security organs are the main body of the network social supervision, they undertake the important task of maintaining the stability of the network society, and also prevent, stop and punish network crimes. It is necessary to discuss the main problems existing in the network society and the influence on the real society from the angle of the public security organs, we should analyze the current difficulties of the public security organs on managing the network society, put forward reasonable and effective governance measures, in order to strengthen the comprehensive management of network society, promote the orderly operation of the network, and build a healthy and orderly network environment.
