摘　　要：社会矛盾化解是拘留所工作的重要职责,近年来因各类矛盾纠纷激化而违法被拘留人员逐年增多,监管难度加大。武汉市硚口区拘留所不断创新拘留所化解矛盾新机制,成功化解各类社会矛盾纠纷,取得诸多经验。拘留所化解社会矛盾需要提高思想认识,加强风险评估和矛盾排查,健全联动机制,坚持以人为本,依法依规、公正合理地化解矛盾。The solution of social contradictions is an important duty of the detention center. In recent years, the number of illegal detainees has increased with each passing year because of the intensification of various contradictions and disputes,and difficulty of supervision was intensified. Wuhan municipal public security bureau in Qiaokou detention center continuously innovated the new mechanism to resolve social contradictions, which can successfully resolve all kinds of social contradictions and disputes, it had accumulated a lot of valuable experiences. The detention center to resolve social contradictions which will be enhance their ideological understanding, strengthen risk assessment and contradictions investigation,improve linkage mechanism, we must put people first, and resolve contradictions in accordance with the law in a fair and reasonable manner.
