摘　　要：本文介绍了建设单位在建筑工程项目质量管理中的重要性，从项目管理组织体系建立、重视前期策划、做好招标工作、严把设计质量关、抓好施工阶段质量控制、关注保修阶段质量工作六方面，论述了建设单位提高质量管理水平的方法，以确保工程项目质量。The paper introduced the importance of units undertaking projects in construction project quality manage- ment. Then from six aspects such as the establishment of project management organization system, doing early plan- ning, completing the bidding work, quality control of construction design, quality control in construction stage, and quality control in guarantee period, it discussed the methods of units undertaking projects to improve the level of quality management in order to ensure project quality.
