摘　　要：急性下肢缺血是指急性动脉栓塞和血栓形成导致突然血管腔狭窄或闭塞,引起肢体循环障碍,是血管外科急症。应用Angiojet机械吸栓术治疗急性下肢缺血安全有效,远期疗效需要进一步观察。Acute lower limb ischemia refers to acute arterial thrombosis and thrombosis, resulting in sudden stenosis or occlusion of the vascular lumen, resulting in limb circulatory disturbance. It is a vascular surgery emergency. Angio Jet mechanical thrombectomy is safe and effective for treating acute lower limb ischemic with or without angioplasty, the short time follow-up is satisfactory, when long time follow-up is needed.
