摘 要:雄性不育是杂种优势利用的有效手段,在作物育种过程中广泛利用。综述了植物雄性不育的主要类型及相关分子机理研究,在基因研究方面已发现导致减数分裂异常、绒粘层发育异常、花粉壁发育异常等与细胞核不育相关的功能基因,及在细胞叶绿体和线粒体中发现导致细胞质不育的相关功能基因。近年来,雄性不育在转录组、蛋白组和基因组方面的研究均取得了很大进展,促进了国内外雄性不育的分子机理及相关育性基因研究现状,同时,对植物雄性不育研究方向及前景进行了展望,以期为更好地应用雄性不育进行育种提供参考。Male sterility is an effective means for the use of heterosis and is widely used in the process of crop breeding. This paper summarizes the types and main molecular mechanism of plant male sterility, have been found in related gene research lead to abnormal meiosis, flocking glue layer dysplasia, dysplasia of the nucleus sterile pollen wall, and found related fimctional genes in the chloroplasts and mitochondria of cells result in cytoplasmic male sterility. Male sterility has achieved great progress in the transcriptome, proteome and Genome in recent years, this article mainly reviewed around the molecular mechanism of male sterility at home and abroad research status and related fertility genes, and research direction of plant male sterility and foreground is prospected, provide a reference for better application of male sterility in breeding.
