摘 要:牵引火炮是当前部队装备很多的炮种,行军要通过牵引车牵引车轮运动,因此牵引火炮轮胎的状态参数是火炮行军过程中的需要密切关注掌握的情况。针对目前炮兵部队尚无专门设备对行军中火炮轮胎状态进行监测这一状况,基于现代传感器技术、单片机技术以及无线传输技术,介绍设计了一种牵引火炮轮胎状态数据自动监测和报警系统。分析了系统的总体设计,硬件设计,软件设计,进行了验证分析,结果表明此系统能够实现牵引火炮在行军中的温度压力等状态的实时准确监测,有效防止轮胎爆胎,减少轮胎的损毁,避免故障发生,降低火炮的非战斗损失,具有很强的实用性。Towed gun which was equipped in the army a lot,marches by pulling wheels with motor tractor,so towed gun's tire state data should be paid close attention to in the process of artillery marching. Aimed at the situation,there are no special equipment for monitoring gun's tire state in the marching,this paper describes the design of an automatic monitoring and warning system for state data of tire of towed gun based on the technology of modern sensor,microcontroller and wireless transmission. This paper performs the overall design of the system,hardware design,software design and test analysis. The test showed that the system,with strong practicability,can monitor real-time temperature and pressure in the marching accurately,effectively preventing the tire burst,avoiding failure,reducing the damage of the tire and the non-combat loss.
