摘 要:针对超声波液位检测方法中,传感器和容器壁间的耦合度不佳所带来的稳定性和可靠性降低的问题,提出了一种基于阻抗法并利用回波能量来实现液位检测的方法。该方法利用液位上下方气液介质的阻抗不相等的特性,计算和比较两个接收传感器所接收到的回波能量之间的差异,以此来确定液位的位置。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地克服因耦合条件不佳所带来的问题,检测精度满足应用需求。For the ultrasonic liquid level detection,a bad coupling between transducers and the container wall always brings the problems of stability and reliability. A method is proposed to determine the liquid level through calculating and comparing the echo energy received by two receiving transducers,which is based on the difference ultrasonic impedance between gas and liquid media in a container. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method can effectively solve the problems caused by a poor coupling,and can meet the accurate requirement.
