摘　　要：如何将GRIB格式的模式数据快速精确的转换为NetCDF格式成为大家研究的重点。采用简短目录定位取值的方法，利用目录中的信息定位数据，压缩了GRIB文件数据排序的时间成本。大幅度提高解码效率，更加能够提高程序的可复用性、降低程序维护成本。How to convert the GRIB format data quickly and accurately into the NetCDF format is the focus of our research. The time cost of GRIB file sorting is compressed by using a short directory location method and using the information in the directory to locate the data. The efficiency of decoding is greatly improved so as the reusability of the program while the maintenance cost of the program is reduced.
