摘  要:通过改变钎焊温度和保温时间对1060铝合金空气炉中钎焊工艺进行优化。利用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、拉伸试验机对焊缝的显微组织和焊接接头的力学性能进行分析和测试,观察母材与焊膏的反应情况,进而确定了较佳的工艺参数。结果表明,当钎焊温度为610℃,保温时间20 min时,钎焊接头的抗剪强度达20.93 MPa,其值为母材抗剪强度的36.2%,钎料膏与母材反应良好。The better processing parameters of 1060 aluminum alloy were optimized by changing welding temperature and welding time of furnace brazing.The microstructures and mechanical properties of welded joint were comparatively investigated by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and tensile testing machine,the better processing parameters were confirmed by observing the reaction of the sold paste and parent metal.Experimental results indicated that the value of sample shear strength after brazing was up to 20.93 MPa as the welding temperature was 610 ℃ and welding time was 20 min,which was nearly 36.2% of parent metal,and the reaction between sold paste and parent metal showed entirely complete.
