摘　　要：文章采用数据库技术、GIS技术和计算机编程技术,基于ArcGIS Desktop Add-in(.Net)开发方式,开发了森林资源调查数据录入工具,实现了调查数据录入的快捷和高效化。In this paper, the database technology, GIS technology and computer technology were used based on the way of redevelopment of ArcGIS （ArcGIS Desktop Add-in （. Net） ）. The data inputting tool for forest resource survey was developed, so that the fast and high efficiency of the work was realized.
