摘　　要：近年来档案文献引用量迅速增加,但大多数期刊著录档案文献时并未严格执行GB/T 7714—2015《信息与文献参考文献著录规则》。本文分析档案文献的著录原则和著录格式,并建议馆藏档案采用如下著录格式:[序号]责任者.题名:档号[A].(原件日期)[引用日期].收藏地:收藏单位.The number of citations of archives has increased rapidly in recent years,but most journals do not strictly implement the new standards of archival documents. This paper analyzes the principle of the description of archival documents,and discusses the documenting formats of archives. We propose the documenting format for archives： [number] author. Title： file number[A].（File date） [cited date ]. Locality of collection： Collection department.
