遵循国际出版规律 遵守国内出版规定——ISMTE第2届亚太会议综述(Ⅰ)  

Following the international publishing rules and trends,and abiding by China's regulations related to publishing: review of the second ISMTE Asian-Pacific conference(Ⅰ)

摘　　要：中国学术期刊出版在遵守国内出版规定的同时,也要遵循国际出版规律。我们对第2届ISMTE亚太会议的报告和讨论进行整理、分析和综述,阐明国外学术期刊的运营实践——运用JATS&BITS、ORCID、Crossref等期刊服务技术,建设尽责的编辑团队,打造国际品牌期刊。通过此会议综述,对比国外品牌学术期刊发展,发现国内学术期刊自身存在的不足,为国内学术期刊发展提供参考和借鉴。China＇ s academic journals publishing should follow the international publishing rules and trends and abide by China＇ s regnlations related to publishing. Data of the 2th ISMTE Asian- Pacific Conference in Beijing were analyzed and reviewed. We find that the foreign leading journals adopt service technologies such as JATS ＆ BITS, ORCID and Crossref in their operating practice and always construct responsible editorial teams. Through this review, we can compare domestic journals with foreign counterparts, find out the problems existing in the domestic journals. It is hoped that the review will provide some reference for the development of academic journals.
