2017年北京市房山区计生人员健康素养调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解北京市房山区计生人员健康素养水平。方法通过整群抽样,对房山区所辖街道、乡镇、社区、村的719名计生人员以集中自填问卷的方式进行调查。结果在调查的719名计生人员中,其总体具备健康素养的水平为38.8%,其中,基本知识和理念素养为40.2%、健康生活方式与行为素养29.5%、基本技能素养为48.5%;7类健康问题素养比例由高到低分别是:安全与急救素养81.5%、科学健康观素养61.2%、传染病预防素养52.7%、基本医疗素养48.7%、慢性病预防素养38.5%、信息的获取理解与应用素养32.1%、日常保健素养11.7%。结论房山区计生人员健康素养水平尚有提升空间,应对薄弱知识加强培训。Objective To understand the health literacy status of family planning staffs in Fangshan District of Beijing.Methods Through the cluster sampling,there were 719 family planning staffs were investigated by centralized self-filling questionnaire,who were selected from Fangshan district jurisdiction streets,towns,communities and villages.Results In the survey of 719 family planning staffs,the overall level of health literacy was 38.8%.Among them,the level of the basic knowledge and concept was 40.2%.The level of the health lifestyle and behavior was 29.5%.The level of the basic skill was 48.5%.The literacy rate in seven kinds of health problems from high to low are:The level of safety and first aid was 81.5%;The level of the scientific view of health was 61.2%;Infection disease prevention level was 52.7%;The basic health literacy level was 48.7%;The level of chronic disease prevention was 38.5%;The level of information acquisition and application was 32.1%;The level of daily health care was 11.7%.Conclusion There still had room to improve;each related department should take measures together to improve the health literacy status on the weakness among family planning staffs.
