摘  要:目的了解广元市白纹伊蚊对常用化学杀虫剂的抗性水平,为科学合理使用杀虫剂控制白纹伊蚊密度提供依据。方法用勺捞法采集不同地点的白纹伊蚊幼虫,带回实验室等比例混合饲养,以第1代3龄末至4龄初幼虫为试虫,采用幼虫浸渍法测定抗药性。结果广元市白纹伊蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、双硫磷和敌敌畏的抗性倍数分别是1.75、2.11、0.17、0.09和0.24。结论广元市白纹伊蚊幼虫对高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、双硫磷和敌敌畏均敏感,对溴氰菊酯产生低抗。应继续加强对病媒生物抗药性的研究,全面了解广元市主要蚊种的抗药性水平。Objective To understand the resistance level of Aedes albopictus in Guangyuan to common chemical insecticides and provide a basis for the scientific and rational use of insecticides to control the density of Aedes albopictus. Methods Larvae of Aedes albopictus in different places were collected by spoon fishing and mixed at equal proportions and bred in the laboratory. The first - generation larvae from the end of the third instar to the beginning of the fourth instar were used as the test insects, and drug resistance was assessed by larval impregnation. Results The resistance ratios of Aedes albopictus larvae to cypermethrin, deltamethrin, permethrin, parathion and dichlorvos in Guangyuan were 1.75, 2. 11, 0. 17, 0. 09 and 0. 24, respectively. Conclusion Larvae of Aedes albopictus in Guangyuan are susceptible to cypermethrin, permethrin, parathion and dichlorvos and show low resistance to deltamethrin. Research on resistance to vector organisms should be continued to comprehensively understand the resistance level of main mosquito species in Guangyuan.
