摘　　要：患者,女,2001年出生,四川省宜宾市兴文县九丝城镇人,2016-3在当地上学时突然腹部不适,进而剧烈疼痛,诊断为急性阑尾炎并行阑尾切除手术。术后1月,患者腹部突然剧烈疼痛,随即呕吐,呕吐物中发现有蠕动物,次日送四川省疾病预防控制中心预防医学门诊部实验室检查,诊断为雌性铁线虫。The patient,female,was born in 2001 in Jiusicheng Town,Xingwen County,Yibin City of Sichuan Province.In March 2016,the patient suddenly fetal abdominal discomfort followed by fierce pain in the local school.She was diagnosed with acute appendicitis and underwent appendectomy.After one month,the patient felt sudden abdominal pain and then vomited.A peristaltic matter was found in the vomit.The patient was sent to the Outpatient Department of Sichuan Center for Disease Control and Prevention;laboratory examination showed a female hairworm.
