摘　　要：【目的/意义】本文旨在探索基于p指数的微博传播力评价方法,并探究使用p指数来评价微博传播力的应用效果。【方法/过程】首先,笔者依据现有研究中微博传播力的影响指标,提出微博转发p指数、微博评论p指数和微博点赞p指数,并用综合p指数来统一这三个指标的评价结果。然后,基于我国34省的旅游政务官方微博数据,通过对比综合p指数与综合h指数在微博传播力评价中的表现,以及对传播力评价中综合p指数与微博传播力相关的几个重要指标作关联分析,实证探究了p指数评价微博传播力的应用效果。【结果/结论】实证结果表明综合p指数评价微博传播力的优势:更好地平衡博文的"质量"和"数量",具有强区分度和高灵敏度,能够有效地识别高价值的潜力微博用户和高价值的博文等。【Purpose/significance】This paper explores the method and the application effect of microblogs propagation capability evaluation based on p-index.【Method/process】First of all, based on the existed influence index of microblogs propagation capability, this paper proposes the p-index for forwarding（pf）, p-index for commenting（pc）, p-index for liking（pl）, and the p-index of synthesis（ps） which is used to unify the evaluation of these three indicators. Then, in empirical study, taking 34 provinces＇ tourism official government microblogs data as an example, this paper evaluates the application effect of microblogs propagation capability based on p-index by comparing the effect of the p-index of synthesis（ps） with the h-index of synthesis（hs） and studying the correlation between the p-index of synthesis（ps） and the related index of microblogs propagation.【Result/conclusion】This paper draws the advantages of the p-index of synthesis（ps） which is used to evaluate the microblogs propagation capability： better balancing the relationship between the ＂quality＂ and ＂quantity＂,having strong division and high sensitivity, effectively identifying high-value potential users and high-value blog posts and so on.
