摘　　要：【目的/意义】对国内IT/IS用户持续使用研究文献进行梳理与总结,把握用户持续使用研究的国内发展动向,为未来IT/IS用户持续使用的研究提供思路和建议。【方法/过程】以"核心期刊、CSSCI期刊"发表的用户持续使用研究论文为对象,通过文献计量与内容分析法,从文献数量分布、信息系统分类、相关理论与模型、影响因素4个方面剖析国内IT/IS用户持续使用研究现状。【结果/结论】国内IT/IS用户持续使用研究处于稳步上升阶段;学者们主要关注持续使用意愿,对持续使用行为的关注较少;以使用与满足理论、期望确认模型为主要理论和模型基础,以模型扩展和理论整合研究范式为主。最后,对未来研究发展提出了相应的建议。[Purpose/significance]The paper sorts out and summarizes the domestic research literatures in the field of IT/IS user continuance usage, grasps the domestic development trend of research on user continuance usage and provides ideas and suggestions for the future research of IT/IS user continuance usage. [Method/process] Selecting the research papers on IT/IS user continuance usage published in ＂Chinese core journal criterion of PKU, CSSCI journals＂ as the object, the paper analyzes the current research situation of domestic IT/IS user continuance usage from the four aspects of literature quantity distribution, classification of information systems, the relevant theory and model, influencing factors by bibliometrics and content analysis method. [Result/conclusion] Domestic research on IT/IS user continuance usage is in the stage of rising steadily; Scholars focus on the study of continuous use intention, paying less attention to continuous use behavior; These achievements are mainly taking uses and gratifications theory, expectation confirmation model as the theory and model ba- sis. In addition, most research are based on the paradigm of model extension and theory integration. Finally, the paper puts forward several suggestions for the future research.
