摘  要:安全监测是保证大坝自身结构安全稳定的重要手段。在对大坝进行安全监测的过程中涉及众多动静态信息,如何把这些信息进行综合集成和有效管理与分析,是工程建设与管理中需要解决的重要技术问题。因此,提出研制开发了长河坝水电站安全监测数字化信息管理系统,综合运用3S技术、海量数据库管理技术、网络技术、多媒体及虚拟现实(VR)技术等,对长河坝水电站安全监测信息进行动态管理,构建长河坝水电站大坝安全监测信息平台和三维虚拟模型。实现信息整合和数据共享,并在工程整个生命周期里实现信息的动态更新与维护。Safety monitoring is an important measure to ensure the safety and stability of dam structure. Because a lot of dynamic and static information are involved in the process of safety monitoring of dams, it is necessary for engineering construction and management how to integrate, manage and analyze these information effectively. Therefore, the safety monitoring digital information system of Changhe Hydropower Station is developed with the utilization of 3S technologies ( GIS, GPS and remote sensing RS technology), mass database management technology, network technology, multimedia and virtual reality (VR) technology. The dam safety monitoring information platform and three-dimensional virtual model of Changhe Hydropower Station are also constructed. The system can achieve the dynamic management of safety monitoring data and information integration and data sharing. The dynamic update and maintenance of information are also achieved throughout whole life of project.
