摘  要:结合当前五电平高压并网逆变器拓扑研究现状,提出了一种具有飞跨电容辅助桥臂的五电平中点钳位(5L-NPC)逆变器拓扑,并利用飞跨电容技术实现了中点自平衡,可作为10kV等级的风力发电、光伏等大功率并网逆变器或静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)。首先分析了造成常规5LNPC逆变器3个直流中点不平衡的原因,随后详细说明了飞跨电容技术实现中点自平衡的原理,并给出了相关参数的选取范围,最后通过实验验证了所提拓扑的正确性与可行性。Based on the research status of the topology of five level high-voltage grid connected inverter, a five-level neutral point clamped (5L-NPC) inverter topology with flying capacitor auxiliary arm is proposed, and the self balancing of neutral point is realized by flying capacitor technology. The proposed converter can be used as a high-power grid-connected inverter or a static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) in the 10 kV wind power conversion system and photovoltaic power generation system. Firstly, the causes of unbalancing problem of the three neutral points in a conventional 5L NPC inverter are analyzed. Then, the self-balancing principle of the neutral-point by using the flying-capacitor technology is explained in detail, and the selection range of the relevant parameters is given. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the proposed topology are verified.
