棉CORDURA赛络集聚包芯竹节纱的生产

摘　　要：探讨棉/CORDURA 80/20 22.5tex(Pu 44dtex)赛络集聚包芯竹节牛仔纱的生产要点。根据CORDURA纤维性能,严格控制CORDURA纤维预处理工艺和棉卷的横向不匀,重点解决梳棉落网、抱合力差的问题,把关好无丝、偏丝、断丝等问题,纺制的纱线强力指标和混纺比符合用户要求。认为:CORDURA纤维系列纱线可以满足运动型高强力牛仔面料的质量要求。Production key points of cotton/CORDURA 80/20 22.5 tex（Pu 44 dtex） siro condensed core-spun slub denim yarn were discussed. Based on the property of CORDURA fiber, the pretreatment technology of CORDURA fiber and the transverse unevenness of lap were controlled strictly. The problems of lap dropped and worse cohesion were solved emphatically. The worse warping problems were checked out. The strength index and blending ratio of spun yarn were met the requirement of customer. It is considered that the serial yarns of CORDURA fiber can meet the quality requirement of sports higher strength denim fabric.
