摘 要:探讨纺制精梳棉/Outlast纤维50/50 14.7tex赛络集聚纱的关键技术措施。通过对Outlast纤维原料的养生工艺优化,采取精梳棉网回用技术及包混工艺进行棉和Outlast纤维的混和,采用柔性梳理工艺,充分发挥设备技术资源优势,合理选用纺专器材,优化生产工艺流程和工艺参数,较好解决了Outlast纤维的适纺性问题,实现了对整个工艺质量较好的控制。认为:合理选择混纺比,形成一套成熟、可靠的生产方案有利于Outlast纤维的产品扩展。The key technology measures of combed cotton/Outlast fiber 50/50 14.7 tex siro condensed yarn were discussed. The sorting technology of Outlast fiber was optimized. The combed cotton web recycling technology and bales mixing technology were adopted to blend cotton with Outlast fiber. Softer carding technology was a- dopted. The equipment technology advantages were given full pay. Special spinning components & accessories were selected reasonably. The production technology process and technology parameter were optimized. The spinning ability of Outlast fiber was solved better. The whole technology quality had realized better control. It is considered that the reasonable blending ratio should be selected to develop a mature and reliable production scheme which is beneficial to expand the Outlast fiber production.
