摘  要:探讨锦纶氨纶空气包覆变形纱工艺与性能之间的变化关系。利用GV800-V5.0型空气包覆纱机进行不同工艺下的变形纱样品纺制,对所纺变形纱的强伸性能、蓬松性能、不稳定性等指标进行测试和研究分析。结果表明:氨纶丝牵伸比、氨纶丝超喂率、喷嘴压强和包覆速度对纱线的不稳定性影响较大,对纱线线密度、断裂强度和丝圈的影响相对较小。认为:研究工艺参数与纱线性能的变化关系,有利于纱线性能和质量的改善。The relationship between technology and property of nylon spandex air-jet covering textured yarn was discussed. The texture yarn samples was spun under different technology by using the GV800-V5.0 air covering spinning machine. The strength &elongation property,fluffy property,instability property and so on were tested and analyzed. The results show that draft ratio and overfeed ratio of spandex filament,nozzle pressure and covering speed have a significant influence on instability of yarn and have a relatively less influence on linear densi- ty, breaking tenacity and loop. It is considered that the changes in relationship between technology parameter and yarn property should be studied. It is beneficial to improve the property and quality of yarn.
