摘　　要：探讨我国棉花产业相关政策及其对国际竞争力的影响。采用政策分析模型进行量化分析,同时结合中国棉花产业中棉花的采摘机械化程度、棉花质量等其他相关因素,进一步对中国棉花产业的国际竞争力进行定性分析。选用2006年—2015年相关数据,计算并分析私人价格、社会价格、偏离收入、可贸易投入成本、国内要素成本和利润等指标数据。结果表明:近些年来由于我国棉花产业相关的政策变化以及成本的大幅上升,棉农种植棉花的经济利益呈现出负利润的状态,同时我国棉花在国际棉花贸易市场上的竞争力正在逐渐减弱。The relevant policies of China cotton industry and its impact on international competitiveness were discussed. Policy analysis model was adopted to analyze and quantify. Combined with the relevant factors in China cotton industry like the mechanization level of cotton picking, cotton quality and so on, China cotton industry international competitiveness was analyzed qualitatively. The relevant data from 2006 to 2015 were selected, the index data were calculated and analyzed including private price, social price, deviated income, tradable input cost, domestic factor cost ＆ profit and so on. The results show that economic interest of planting cotton shows the negative profit with the relevant policy changes and cost increase of China cotton industry in recent years. At the same time,the competitiveness in the global cotton trade market of China cotton is weakened gradually.
