摘　　要：大学生满意度研究已成为我国高等教育质量研究领域热点之一。本文采用Bicomb 2.0软件和SPSS 24.0软件对中国知网(CNKI)数据库744篇大学生满意度研究相关文献进行统计分析,以探讨我国大学生满意度的研究热点,从整体把握其研究趋势。The study of university students＇ satisfaction has become one of the hotspots in the field of higher education quality.In this paper, Bicomb 2.0 software and SPSS 24.0 software were used to analyze the 744 literatures relevant college students＇ satisfaction research from CNKI database, in order to explore the research hotspots of college students＇ satisfaction, and to grasp their research trends from the whole.
